We do sell a lot of products to customers in Japan and Hong Kong.
We use FedEx, a global leader in express transportation and logistics, to ship products from the UK to Japan. It normally takes two days for your order to be delivered to you.
Even though the shipping cost is high you pay no VAT.
You do as a customer however have to pay Import Duty once the products arrive in Japan.
When shipping products from the UK to Japan, it is important to be aware of the import duty regulations.
To determine the import duty that will be charged on your shipment, you can use the Japan Customs Tariff Database. This database provides information on the import duty rates for all products that are imported into Japan.
However, even with the cost of shipping and Import Duty you will still save a lot by buying from Snowsafe
Again we can deliver to you from the UK and you will pay no VAT. But you must pay the import duty like in Japan.
