Delivery Charges:
UK Zone A — England, Wales and Southern Scotland delivery will be charged at £6
Except for ABS, Mammut or Canister Orders for which there is a charge of £15.
UK Zone B All other UK Territories with the following postcodes:
DG, EH, KA, KY, ML, PA, TD, IV, AB, PH, DD, PA, FK, G, HS, ZE, KW, BT, IM, GY, JE and the Republic of Ireland delivery charges are £18 Except orders including a canister for which there is a charge of £20
Orders from
Rest of the world will be charged on an individual basis apart from:
Australia, Hong Kong and
Japan which will be
£80 and
USA and
Canada which are
£60.

If you are taking delivery in USA/Canada, Japan or Hong Kong , Austraia , please note that you are responsible for the Import duty . We will advise you of the is before we despatch the products .

Returns
Unwanted goods
If, for whatever reason, you are unhappy with the products you buy from snowsafe then we will refund you. We ask that all goods are returned unused within there original packaging, all tags and labels, and in sellable condition, You MUST return within 30 days of purchase.
Faulty Goods
In the event of any product being found to be faulty within 30 days of receipt, we will replace with a new item or refund your money.
Return Postage
You are responsible for the return postage costs for unwanted items. If you are returning an item due to an error on our part or the item is faulty then we’ll cover the costs.
