Our customer service is available for all questions, orders, shipping and returns queries by telephone from 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday. We also have an out of hours messaging service which we check and will get back to you as soon as possible.

Other mediums are online chat and email which we endeavour to reply to you as soon as possible.

Contract of Sale and Payment Types 

1. By clicking on Buy on the online form and adding your credit/debit card details you are entering a contract to buy the products you have chosen
2. We can also accept your order by PayPal, cheque (upon clearance), BACS transfer or cash if you come and visit us.
3. We provide you with an email receipt and an invoice that is generated by our system.

Prices 

The prices on the website on our Product Pages include VAT ( if you are in the UK or an EC country ) otherwise they are exempt of VAT. They exclude Shipping Costs.

Shipping Costs 

These are stated on the website. see shipping page. These costs are shown within the order process depending on your shipping destination and which products you purchase. Shipping costs in the UK are 5.00 for all products (except airbag canisters ) and except to certain postcodes north of Glasgow, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Wight, the Isle of Man, Jersey and Guernsey.

Delivery Conditions and Receipt of Delivery 

1. We use FedEx and UK Mail for UK deliveries and FedEx Worldwide and UK Mail for overseas deliveries for next day delivery.
2. We do have products that are on Extended Delivery. These are delivered to you with 6 to 14 days upon receipt of your order. These products are marked with a Green badge throughout the site.
3. We provide tracking reference to you for your purchase in order that you can track your order.
4. We will sometimes make partial delivery if all your products are not in stock but won’t charge you extra for a second delivery, we will inform you of this and ask your permission before the first delivery.
5. If we attempt to deliver to you three times without success, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you accordingly.
6. 90% of our orders are delivered next day if you order before 1 pm Monday to Friday.
7. If you have purchased products that our supplier fails to deliver to us, we reserve the right to cancel the order if it’s not our fault. You will be advised straight away and we will offer you a similar product. If this is not to your satisfaction: we will refund you immediately.

If, however, we are unable to supply an item, we will inform you of the delay and the expected delivery date. Occasionally we may find ourselves having to cancel and withdraw an item. In these circumstances, we will inform you immediately.

Cancellation/Returns and Refunds 

We run a no questions asked returns Policy whereby if you are not happy with the product(s) that you have purchased we will refund your payment upon receipt of the unused goods. As long as the products are sent back to us unused and in the same condition that we sent them to you.

Transport Damage 

Should the products be damaged in transit, please advise us and we can take it up with the shipping company. Please advise us immediately by telephone.

Warranty /Guaranty 

Each product has different warranties from different brands. Please check this on the website or on the Product information. If the product becomes faulty in use, please send it back to us and we will either get it replaced or we will send you a new replacement product.

Recalls 

From time to time we have product recalls from the manufacturers. In these cases, we will contact you and pay your shipping costs back to us and send you a replacement product.
